A wolf sanctuary in Larimer County that was badly damaged by flood waters in 2013 began fundraising Sunday to raise money to purchase a new location and relocate 30 animals.
The Wolves Offered Life and Friendship sanctuary, also known as W.O.L.F., is offering bidders a chance to win art, instruments and trips via an online auction that ends June 13.
According to a press release auction items include, "guitars signed by the Zac Brown Band and Rascal Flatts, several Midwest trips, and exquisite art--including a bronze horse sculpture by world-renowned animal artist Dan Ostermiller valued at nearly $5,000.
The sanctuary will also hold its tenth annual Waltz for the Wolves Saturday, June 14 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at The Ranch Events Complex, 1st National Bank Building North in Loveland.
