An Open Letter from the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center

Greetings Fellow Wolf Lovers,

We do not often send out emails such as this one, but we need to alert you to what is soon going to happen in Montana, unless you help put a stop to it and voice your support of wolves.

This fall, Montana's Fish, Wildlife, and Parks (FWP) plans to allow the recreational killing of 377 wolves. They have proposed allowing archery and trapping - including the use of indiscriminate foothold traps which not only threaten wolves, but all other wild animals as well as people and their pets!

We need to make our voice known in support of the protection of these beautiful and wonderful creatures. Unfortunately, the time we have is short. We have only until 5pm on June 25 to make public comments to Montana's wildlife agency to try and put a stop to this senseless killing and trapping.

For more information about the hunt and how to voice your support for wolves, please follow this link to an article by Footloose Montana.

From all the animals,
Thank you for your support
